2.The case of the prosecution is that on 20.05.2024, during temple festival, there was a wordy altercation between the petitioner's friends and the defacto complainant's son. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he did not commit any offence. The petitioner's friends were dancing in a temple festival and the defacto complainant's son attempted to take photograph and when the same was questioned by the petitioner's friends, there was a wordy altercation between them. The petitioner has attempted to settle the issue between them. However, a case has been registered by the respondent police. Apprehending arrest, the petitioner has filed this petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that in a temple festival, there was dispute between two groups. 5.Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
