ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the false complaint given by second respondent, dated 06.05.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the second respondent lodged a complaint before the police station with regard to the money transaction between the petitioner and the second respondent. Hence, the respondent police asked the petitioner to appear for enquiry.
3.Recording the same, I find no merit in this petition and the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police in connection with the complaint lodged by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
