This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the FIR and take appropriate action against the 4th respondent in accordance with law within the time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after receiving the complaint, the respondent police has not taken any action.

W.P(MD)No.12702 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, summon has been issued to the accused for enquiry and he seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.

4. Recording the same, the third respondent/ the Inspector of Police, Karuppayurani Police Station, Madurai District, is directed to take appropriate action and to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
