ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner as against the order passed by the second respondent dated 14.03.2019 thereby directing to conduct an enquiry by the Public Health, Food Safety Officer as well as the District Pollution Control Board, Madurai and also ordering to close the shop till the final order passed by the authorities.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.In view of the interim order passed by this Court, dated 18.03.2019, the petitioner is running the cottage industry. Further, while pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner obtained a licence and complied with all the requirements. In view of the above, the order passed by the second respondent dated 14.03.2019 cannot be sustained and the same is liable to be quashed.

4.Accordingly, the order passed by the second respondent dated 14.03.2019 is quashed. However, in order to verify the present condition of the petitioner's cottage industry, as directed by the second respondent, the Public Health, Food Safety Officer as well as the Pollution Control Board, Madurai are directed to inspect the petitioner's premises and if any violation, the authorities concerned are directed to take appropriate action as against the petitioner in the manner known to law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
