ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who are arrayed as A-1 to A-11 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 324 of IPC, in Crime No.718 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is seen from the records that the First Information Report in Crime No.718 of 2020 has been registered as against the

petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 324 of I.P.C. The aforesaid offences are bailable only and thus, the Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
