No.5443 of 2020 Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST(POA) Act, Dindigul to consider he bail application of the petitioner on the same day in Crime No.465/2020 on the file of the Respondent No.2 Police Station to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on thesame day in Crime no.465/2020 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M. Maharaja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr .R.M. Anbunithi, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time for surrender fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5443 of 2020, dated 22.05.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side). 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court is extended by 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
