This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of Crime No.675 of 2020 from the second respondent to any other police or competent agency for fair and impartial investigation.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the complainant, a case in Crime No.675 of 2020 has been registered and the same was closed as mistake of fact, R.C.S notice has been served upon the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
