Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N..ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTASAMY, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7311 of 2021, dated 04.06.2021.

2.On the basis of reasons assigned in the petition, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioners shall deposit additional sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of Government of Tamil Nadu, CMPRF in IOB, Secretariat Branch, Chennai-9 (Account No.11720 10000 00070, IFSC Code: IOBA0001172), without prejudice to his contentions.
