ORDER

The petitioner's claim for a direction to the respondents to provide work on contingency basis, requires to be considered only by the respondents and this Court will not be justified in stepping into their shoes for passing such orders. Nevertheless, if the petitioner is of the view that he is entitled for such assignment of work on contingency, liberty is granted to him to make an appropriate application before the second respondent and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of three

(3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the petitioner's entitlement to claim work on contingency basis.
