3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the following lines to be added in the last line of paragraph No.4. "Since this matter is settled out of Court the appellants are entitled to refund of Court fee. Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the appellants in accordance with law. "

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary modification and issue a fresh order copy.
