Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.KAMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8553 of 2021 dated 30.06.2021, for executing the sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to illness, the petitioner could not execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 30.06.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8553 of 2021.
