2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2699 of 2015 dated 26.11.2021 is complied with. The learned Additional Government Pleader concurred with the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
