RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition in para 8(iii) that the petitioner shall report before the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track(Mahila) Court,Karur on all working days at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders, imposed by this Honble Court vide order in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.708 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD).No.217 of 2020, dated 18.02.2021. Prayer in CRL A(MD). 217/ 2020 :
(Sole Accused) Offence U/s.302 IPC- Life Imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.1000/- i/d., 3 months S.I. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.ANTONY ARUL RAJ T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.RAVI, Standing Counsel for the respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J) This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.708 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD). No.217 of 2020, dated 18.02.2021.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the lock down imposed by the Government and the Court was closed for some time, the petitioner could not comply with the condition, however, the petitioner has complied with the condition from 19.07.2021 to till date.
4. Considering the above aspect, we are inclined to modify the condition directing the petitioner to report before the committal Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
