Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.JAGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8586 of 2021, dated 30.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 03.07.2021.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 03.07.2021.
