ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records connected with the impugned Public Auction/Tender notice in Ma.va.4/000600/2021-4, Item No.1, issued by the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal consequently to direct the Respondent No.3 to taking action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2021 in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the tender has not been conducted as scheduled and therefore, the writ petition has been become infructuous.

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the tender has not been conducted, as scheduled, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if there is any future tender, the petitioner is always at liberty to participate. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
