As against the interim order passed by this Court, the State preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.1472 of 2022 before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the same was closed, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent / writ petitioner that he agreed to argue the Writ Petition and he is ready to abide the decision to be taken in the Writ Petition.
