The learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, appearing for the first respondent has produced a Gmail dated 28.08.2022 and stated that Dr.Vino Raj, father of the two children have processed exit permits for his children on 24.08.2022 and their mother Dr.Aruna Frank has confirmed that the children travelled to India on 26.08.2022. She would further submit that the order of this Court, dated 17.03.2022 has been complied with.
