Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. According to the petitioner, he is under suspension from 01.10.2020, based on a criminal case in Crime No.35 of 2020. Subsequently, this Court, by order dated 21.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13267 of 2020, quashed the FIR. The Enquiry Officer, after conducting enquiry, filed a report dated 09.04.2021, stating that the charges against the petitioner are not proved. The respondents have not passed any order either revoking or reviewing the order of suspension. Hence, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.

Though in the Writ Petition, the petitioner challenged the order of suspension dated 01.10.2020 as modified by order dated 05.01.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is under suspension from 01.10.2020 and seeks permission of this Court to make a representation to the respondents for revocation of suspension.

Considering the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the respondents to revoke his suspension within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. W.P(MD)No.13016 of 2021 such representation is received, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders, taking into consideration the order dated 21.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13267 of 2020 and the report of the Enquiry Officer dated 09.04.2021, within a period of four weeks thereafter on merits and in accordance with law.
