ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 22.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in crime No.652 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the pettioner had wrongfully restrained the defacto complainant and abused him in filthy language and also attacked with knife and caused simple injury to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and due to the enmity between the accused and defacto complainant, the false case has been foisted and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the investigation is pending..

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai; (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for further interrogation. sd/- 27/09/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
