ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and in judicial custody since 17.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1) and 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.156 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous animosity, the petitioner along with A2 had set fire to the vehicle of the defacto complainant and caused damage to the two-wheeler bike and left the scene of occurrence.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and due to the enmity between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation is pending. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the credit of crime No.156 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ramanathapuram.
(ii)on such deposit, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram;
(iii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
