ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 06.12.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.28745 of 2023. 2.The General Manager of the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation(Madurai) has filed an affidavit, paragraph No.4 is extracted as below:

"The balance amount payable to the petitioner is only Rs.1,00,572/-. I undertake that the balance amount will be settled to the petitioner before December 2024. i.e.Rs.25,143/- in September 2024, Rs.25,143/- in October 2024, Rs.25,143/- in November 2024 and Rs.25,143/- in December 2024." 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent transport corporation submits that due to paucity of funds, they will be releasing the funds in installments and the last installment would be paid or or before 31.12.2024.

4.The above said affidavit is taken on record, and this contempt petition stands closed.
