ORDER

The petitioner claiming to be the wife of an employee of the respondent Corporation has made a request for family pension and has filed this writ petition.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the request of this petitioner has already been rejected by order dated 09.12.2024 and a copy of the same is produced before this Court and also to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the subsequent development, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above order dated 09.12.2024 in the manner known to law. No costs. 16.12.2024 DSK 2/4
