This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to to give police protection to the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 16.07.2021 seeking for police protection and it is pending on the file of the third respondent for enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same, after affording an opportunity of hearing to them and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
