ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 27.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1)(i) and Section 4(1-A) of TNP Act in crime No.267 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 27.07.2018, when the respondent police conducted usual checkup, the found that the petitioner was unlawfully in possession of 83 bottles of brandy. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner never involved with any offence as alleged by the prosecution and He would further submit that the petitioners are incarceration from 27.07.2018.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the petitioner is having seven previous cases.

enlarge the petitioner on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;

(i)the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri; (ii) the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
