ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 07.07.2014. The marital relationship between them appears to have come under strain. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.313 of 2018 before the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, for divorce. The petitioner is based in Tuticorin. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over to Poonamallee and contest the proceedings there.

2.Therefore, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.313 of 2017 from the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee and transfers it to the file of Subordinate Court, Tuticorin.

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
