This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.13549 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.1093 of 2024, dated 11.03.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Coimbatore and report before C2 Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits 1/3

that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 28.03.2024. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.13549 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.1093 of 2024, dated 11.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, namely, Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar, Srivilliputhur, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
