ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(vi) imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3730 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025.

2. Heard. Mr. J.M.Arvind Pawlraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.

4. Accordingly, the condition No.7(vi) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3730 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent - Police weekly once i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 am until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good. 2/4

5. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
