ORDER

In terms of the order passed by this Court dated 25.04.2025, the petitioner had drawn a demand draft for an amount of Rs.3,20,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.78 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial 1/3

Level), Theni. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate had refused to receive the same, since the petitioner had not calculated the interest in terms of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in the said S.T.C.

2. However, this Court hereby direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Theni, to accept the demand draft drawn to the credit of the said S.T.C.No.78 of 2017 for an amount of Rs.3,20,000/- on or before 12.06.2025.
