This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.2767 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.773 of 2024, dated 03.03.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Tiruchirappalli 1/3

and report before Cantonment Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 09.03.2025 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.2767 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.773 of 2024, dated 03.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, namely, I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
