The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to forbear the fourth respondent from preventing the petitioner from discharging her duties as Head of the Department of Information Technology of the third respondent College.

2. However, subsequently the writ petitioner was terminated from service. Therefore, the cause become vanished.
