Manoj, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed by this Honorable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4324 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4324 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025.

2. Mr.S.Sundaravadivel, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he 1/3

prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4324 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025 is hereby full relaxed. However, the petitioner should not enter into the defacto complainant's village. The other conditions shall hold good.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
