ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of disposal of the pending appeal on the file of the first respondent from 19.03.2025.
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to hear the petitioner's appeal on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall consider the correlation statement in respect of survey numbers 131/2A with its corresponding new survey number 130/1A1A before taking the final call. No costs.
