ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. The third respondent is yet to be served. However, issuance of notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

2.The only prayer made by the petitioner is that the second respondent should dispose of his representation. The second respondent is present in person. He states that he will suitably reply to the petitioner by disposing of his representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.
