ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC in Crime No. 1 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner had earlier moved this Court, seeking anticipatory bail. The allegation against the petitioner is that she had collected a sum of Rs.38,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty Eight Lakhs only) from as many as 25 persons, by promising them to get them Government Job. Since, this is a case of job racketing, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. The petitioner has not settled the claims also. Therefore, there is no change in circumstances.
