ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 506 (i) of IPC., in Crime No.60 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the marriage solemnizedp between the first accused and the defacto complainant on 27.11.2015, at the time of marriage, the parents of the defacto complainant presented 16 1⁄2 sovereigns jewels and Rs.20,000/- cash as dowry. The petitioner is working in private company, at Banglore. Thereafter, the petitioner and his family members had demanded further dowry from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant has also filed a domestic violence complainant in D.V.No.7 of 2016, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam. He further submitted that A2 and A3 were already released on anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.971 of 2017, dated 28.06.2017.

5. It is seen that the crime of the year 2016 and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
