ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and third and fourth respondents.

2.The dispute between the parties is civil in nature and suit is also pending between the parties before the civil Court. Under these circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to relegate the parties before the appropriate civil Court and Police should not interfere in the dispute between the parties. 3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
