ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.04.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) NDPS Act, in Crime No.97 of 2018, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners and others were found in possession of 20 kilo and 200 grams of ganja and the same had been seized by the respondent police. Hence, the case has been registered.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are 11 previous cases are pending against the petitioner in similar nature of offence. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.
