2. The petitioner seeks education loan. It appears that the petitioner had uploaded her application in some other portal.

3. The petitioner is permitted to upload her application in the appropriate format and in the appropriate portal. The third respondent is directed to consider the same as per their norms. The decision will be taken within a period of three weeks after the application is received by the third respondent.
