RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT For Petitioner : MR.S.SURESHKUMAR Advocate For Respondent : MR.V.NEELAKANDAN ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 I.P.C.,in Crime No.120 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 to A4 are running a Society in the name and style of Prompt Multi State Co-operative House Building Society, at Rajakkamangalam. This petitioner is the Senior Advisor, Co-Ordinator and Broker for A1 to A3. They received a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- from the defacto complainant for getting employment as a Manager in the Multi State Co-operative House Building Society. Further, they demanded a sum of Rs.10 lakhs for the post of Regional Manager. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is only a broker and he has nothing to do with the other accused persons. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. It is seen from the above reasons, the accused persons received a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- and also demanded Rs.10 lakhs to the post for the Regional Manager for Multi State Co-operative House Building Society.

6.In view of the above reasons, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
