Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The second respondent moved the jurisdictional Tahsildhar for effecting mutation of patta in his name. The jurisdictional Tahsildhar rejected the second respondent's request. Aggrieved by the same, the second respondent filed revision before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam also by the impugned order dated 25.09.2018 ordered that patta in respect of the petition mentioned land will stand only in the name of Kaliamman temple. In other words, the request of the second respondent was not accepted by the first respondent also.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner is the hereditary dharmakartha of the temple in question.

4. I fail to understand as to how the petitioner can be aggrieved by the impugned order passed by the Revenue Divisional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.6566 of 2019 Officer. Of-course, the impugned order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer has left the issue who is in the management of the temple open. In my view, she has rightly done so. No case for interference has been made out.
