O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of putting up of fencing around the petitioner's properties, based on the representation dated 14.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.No.944/6, 947/2, 948, 949/1 and 949/2B situated at Tharuvai Village, Palayamkottai Taluk. He sent the representation dated 14.04.2025 to the 3rd respondent for fencing his properties, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the 3rd respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law within fifteen days.

4. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner's representation is pending with the Page No. 2 of 4

3rd respondent, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of fifteen day from the date of this order.
