The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.02.2025 to issue patta to the petitioner's house site property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that patta has already been issued to the petitioner's father in Patta No.440. Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to make appropriate application for transfer of patta.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are two adjoining properties bearing Door Nos.3/25A and 3/25A. In respect of 3/25A, the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta and made necessary application.

In the light of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.02.2025 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is also open to the petitioner to seek transfer of patta standing in the name of the petitioner's father in Patta No.440.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
