RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition para no.6 imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 9737 of 2021 dt on 01/06/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAMURUGANANTHAM.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9737 of 2022 dated 01.06.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police for a period of one month.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are a daily wagers and they are unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court.
