ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she received life threat from the third respondent and thereby, she sent representation to the second respondent for police protection, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR in Crime No.69 of 2025 was registered against the third respondent and thereafter, the petitioner sent a representation seeking police protection and the same is under enquiry.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the 2/4

petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of both parties.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
