2. The present Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to consider the representation dated 28.11.2018.

The representation dated 28.11.2018, as well as the affidavit filed in support of the present Writ Petition, is bereft of any particulars as to which survey number, the alleged encroachment has been made. In the absence of the same, it would not be possible to direct the respondents to consider such a vague representation.
