The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has filed a memo stating that the entire villagers have compromised the dispute. Along with the memo, the letter dated 11.11.2021 of the writ petitioner addressed to the Registrar(Judicial), seeking to withdraw the writ petition, has also been enclosed.
