J U D G M E N T

Heard both sides.

2. This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 09.04.2025 passed by the learned single Judge in W.P.(MD)no.10269 of 2025.

3. The appellant herein filed the said writ petition questioning the election notice issued by the Assistant Commissioner, HR&CE Department, Virudhunagar. After the writ appeal was entertained, on 24.04.2025 this Division Bench appointed an Advocate Commissioner to conduct election. The Advocate Commissioner has also since conducted the election. The appellant appears to have some grievances. It is open to the appellant to work out his rights in the manner known to law questioning the election results. This writ appeal stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
