PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to take action against respondent No.2 who not allowing the petitioner to do the Church works by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2025.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to take action against the second respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent is restraining the petitioner from doing church activities. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 19.04.2025 to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 2/5
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police no way interfered with the petitioner's church activities and the petitioner's representation is under consideration by the first respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
5.Since the petitioner's representation is pending with the first respondent, it is for him to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
6.Therefore, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 3/5
