[Order of the Court was made by Hon'ble MR.N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] Though this Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to remove the unauthorised construction, namely, the commercial buildings, on the ground that the fifth to eighth respondents have constructed the said buildings in an area earmarked for residential purposes, the counter affidavit and the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner, wherein the building plan has been annexed, clearly show that the fifth to eighth respondents have obtained the necessary planning permission from the competent authorities.
