O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 02.04.2018 pertaining to the refixing of the seniority within a time frame. 2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, Additional Government Pleader take notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the appeal of the petitioner dated 02.04.2018 is disposed of, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 02.04.2018 in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
